What can CollegeDay Bookstands hold?
Every type of reading media: laptops, text books, binders, eReaders, magazines, notebooks, writing pads and newspapers. Our bookstands also efficiently save space while holding your phone, miscellaneous papers, pens, post-its, task notes etc.

 

How can I personally engrave my Bookstand?

How do I set up my Bookstand in the laptop position?
Easy.
(1.) Have your bookstand in the “folded” position.
(2.) Rotate the bookshelf (the ledge with the page handles) 180° so that it is facing downward.
(3.) Set the bookstand on the lowest angle setting.

Do I still qualify for a bulk order discount of I buy a mix of blank and engraved bookstands?
Of course.

 

Do I have to worry about my bookstand breaking?
Unlike cheaper plastic/wiry bookstands, are made to last. Our bookstand can withstand being dropped, piled on and even withstand being ran over by a car. We tested the durability of our bookstand and ran it over with a 2007 Toyota Camry, and our bookstand was 100% functional.

 

Can I change or cancel an order I’ve already placed?
We begin processing orders immediately. For this reason, we will do our best to change or cancel orders, but cancelation is not guaranteed. We are unable to cancel orders that consist of engraved bookstands. When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days of the date your order was placed.

 

How do I return merchandise I’ve purchased?
Customers may receive a refund if the purchase was made from our website, is within 60 days from the receipt of shipment and if the returned goods are in resalable condition. If it is after 60 days, customers are unable to return their items. Engraved Bookstands cannot be refunded. We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns.

 

When can I expect my return refund?
All credits are issued after our warehouse has received and inspected your returned goods. If your goods are in re-sellable condition, you will see your refund in 1 to 2 billing cycles. If goods are not in re-sellable condition, customers will be notified and explained why. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. What is the warranty on your CollegeDay Bookstands?
CollegeDay Bookstands offers free 1-Year Warranty. Our warrantee covers all manufacturing defects. Please contact our customer service department at 310.294.9566 and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you with additional questions about your warranty.

 

Can you ship internationally?
Yes, we can ship internationally through USPS courier services. (USPS International Priority Service)
